5:00 PM to 8:00 PM EDT
Northampton High School
380 Elm Street
Northampton, MA 01060

The Transition Fair (similar to a college fair) addresses the needs of students with a broad range of abilities and learning differences, aged 14-22+. Students with disabilities have a variety of learning needs and many have the academic ability to succeed when provided with very simple accommodations that support their learning style.  The Fair introduces opportunities and post-high school options for all students with learning differences who want to explore college, employment and support possibilities. This is a free community event for exhibitors and attendees and we would love to showcase your services.

PRESENTATION, 5-6 pm: The event begins with a presentation from Michael Plansky of You're with Us. You're With Us! creates inclusion opportunities for young adults with disabilities. The program identifies and trains college clubs, groups, and teams to be welcoming and supportive peers to the differently abled. You're With Us! believes that a meaningful life includes a home, a job, family, friends and social opportunities with their peers - able and otherwise.

This presentation is in the Black Box Theater from 5:00-6:00 pm and if you would like to attend, please RSVP to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We do expect a full house and the room fills up quickly.
RESOURCE FAIR, 6-8 pm: The exhibitor hall opens up at 6:00 to attendees.

JERICHO will be exhibiting at the Fair.
