Sharon began working for Jericho in 2007. During these past 13 years, she has gone from part-time to full-time and taken on many more responsibilities. As an integral part of the Bureau for Exceptional Children and Adults at Jericho, Sharon not only handles the processing of all our bookkeeping, donations, and memorials but is also involved with our Sensitive Santa, Recognition Event, and Transition Summit programs. Sharon lives in Hadley with her husband and two daughters, Emily and Grace. The girls are frequent visitors and volunteers at Jericho. Both girls have been assisted by Individual Education Plans to support different learning challenges. Sharon tells us that Jericho has always been a welcoming place to share challenges and plans for her daughters and find a listening ear. We here at Jericho have watched these girls grow up and are thrilled to see their individual successes. Emily is a successful college student who tutors other college students in math and Grace, who is now driving (hard to think of our little Grace driving) and successfully managing remote learning as a high school junior.
Sharon’s favorite time of the year here at Jericho is summer when camp is in session and she can hear and see the campers having fun from her office window.
